I went in yesterday and got my septum pierced. When I walked in thought I was ignored completely, no one was doing anything extreme except folding shirts or walking around with a bottle of cleaner. So I finally just ask, fill out paper work, pay and then wait for around 15-20 minutes to be called in to be pierced. If I could rate the piercer I had, Shelby, individually she is a 5/5 stars! She is so sweet, super gentle, knowledgeable and professional. Her work station is super clean and she talks you through everything! I am so happy with how she did my piercing and will be going back to get more done by her! However the others that work there need to work on paying attention to everyone who walks in their store.

Brandon is very knowledgeable. Cleanliness is unmatched at any other shop I've ever been to. He put me at ease, spent a lot of time discussing my options and future piercing plans to get the best possible placements and healing. Even though I'm a new customer, I'm not new to having piercings. He made sure I would have the knowledge needed for best possible healing. He spent plenty of time making me feeling at ease for my 5 piercings and he should be the standard for professionalism in this industry. Great jewelry selection. Will most assuredly be back when it's time to continue my piercings. I have been to other places that seem like they just herd people thru, don't care where they pierce or look at the anatomy of the area and advise on if it would work or not or just very unprofessional all around and dirty. I highly recommend Jesus. He did a amazing job on my cover up. Can’t post pics because of the area of the tattoo. The cover up took 2.5 hours and he charge by the hour but he does great work.
